If you decide to start phone counseling, the completed forms can then be mailed or faxed to Mark's office. If you elect to see Mark in his office, you can take the filled out forms to your first session.

How much will therapy cost?

Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and cost $150. I currently accept some insurance plans. I also accept cash, checks, or credit cards.

Sliding-scale available
I believe therapy should be accessible and I am sensitive to the effect the downturn in the economy has had on many people. I reserve a certain number of time slots for clients who cannot afford my full fee. In these cases, fees are set on a sliding scale. Feel free to contact me to see if I have sliding-scale sessions available.
